ich habe ein eSIM gemacht, aber kann ich QR-code nicht bekommen, weil mein SIM mehr nich arbeiten.

Schicken mir bitte mein eSIM zu meiner E-Mail

      eSim sieht man im Kundencenter.

      Ausnahme:

      Sind sie Neukunde dann nur per Post.

      Da @D3NMOH offensichtlich nicht unbedingt aus dem deutschprachigem Raum zu sein scheint, halte ich es für angebracht, hier zur Problemlösung die Teamis (mit Hinweis auf ggf. Fremdsprache) ranzuziehen ...

      I was just going to send you an SMS for identification, but the second number in your profile is not yet active. A change to the eSIM is only possible after activation. Unfortunately, I cannot offer this activation here. When should the tariff actually start? Or is it the phone number for the prepaid tariff that starts with 0175?

      @Diandra S. @can I just recieve my existing eSIM via e-mail?

      I can't recieve sms-code to make new eSIM profile because this physical SIM doesn't works anymore (from moment when I have created eSIM). and I can't send qr-code of existing eSIM via email myself because of this.

      or I have incorrectly understood you?

      @D3NMOH Have you restarted your phone yet? In your case, the profile cannot be sent via e-mail, but only by post. This is precisely because the physical SIM is now inactive. Kind regards, Diandra S.
