Handy-Austausch möglich?

Hallo, 

ich habe folgendes Problem: mein Xiaomi T12 Pro ist gestern schon zig mal abgestürzt und heute wieder ohne erkennbaren Grund, das Handy ist maximal ein Jahr alt... 

Inwiefern ist ein Austausch oder Ersatz möglich? Ich habe ein 2 Jahres Vertrag.
