Hallo, folgende Frage:

Ich habe vor 14 Monaten einen Vertrag mit Handy abgeschlossen (24 Monate Laufzeit; iPhoneX). Nun funktioniert mein FaceID nicht mehr da die TrueDepth Kamera anscheinend einen abbekommen hat (iPhone ist mir heruntergefallen). Besteht die Möglichkeit das Handy kostenlos zur Reperatur zu schicken o.Ä.?
