I need help from someone who speaks English to straighten out a billing issue. Is there anyone available to help me? Thank you, in advance.

      Can you explain, what the issues are ?

      I have noticed, that you already left all necessary contact details in your profile ( I only can see 'that' not 'what') just in case a Teamie drops by..........

      @CG221 Would you mind to Copy your contract description ?

      For me IT looks like the starter Bonus Period has ended and your are now paying the regular Fee.

      BTW, there ist No WiFi-contract. Wireless connection depends in your Routers capabilities and typically ist free.

      You are paying for Internetconnection incl. telephon flat.

      The thread is about a mobile network contract.

       

      If I read Wi-Fi then I have the idea of a fixed network contract with a Wi-Fi Router.

      What kind of plan are you using? Is it a landline or a mobile solution?
