Contract/Account Issues

I recently started a contract with Telekom for Internet service. I have two issues I need help with and would like to speak to someone in English.
1. I am being double charged. When I signed up for a new account I received three routers in the mail. The technician was confused but very helpful. He called headquarters and told me that one of the accounts linked to one of the routers was showing as cancelled. He would connect one of the remaining routers and then I should return the other two in the mail. I thought it was taken care of, however because of my second issue (see below) I was unable to access my invoices online and see details. I recently got an invoice in the mail and I am being charged for two accounts, even though I only have on router and only agreed to/signed for one contract.
2. I cannot access invoices or other "account holder" information with my login. When I login it says I don't have access to this info as I am just a user but I have no other login information and I when I try to create a new login, it says there is already an account holder login and gives me the information I use to login that doesn't allow me access.

Hello,
I still need help with this issue as I cannot access any invoice information from my account and I am being double charged for two contracts, despite having only one modem and authorizing one account. I am available anytime today before 15:00 and anytime tomorrow after 10:00.

thank you for the call. And as already said: We are now waiting, if our plan works out. 😌
Until then, here is the link for the customer center. So, not directly to the customer center, but the link you need to register. If you follow it and then use your landline phone number, everything should work out. Please tell me if you need further assistance or if a translator is enough.

Thank you again for your help! I followed the link but it tells me that I have already setup my Telekom login with my Gmail as my username.
If I login with my Gmail it shows the account with the correct landline number, I tried creating a corresponding Telekom email, but I still cannot access contract or invoice data. When I click the link to the invoices it says I am not the contract owner.
