HOTSPOT - PREPAID Magenta Mobile Prepaid M

Hi,
I bought and received the sim card at home with PREPAID Magenta Mobile Prepaid M where show me that I had TELEKOM HOTSPOT access, I tried everything, connect through the Android app, I get the SMS back with the code but just does not work.
After the app open show me that I don't have HOTSPOT access and I need to request.
I also tried send a SMS to 9526 with text messsage "OPEN" without success. Information that show on Telekom website.
I had make 1 try call to 0800-330-1080 where I waited for over 30 minutes !!! ... and nobody answered it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am on my second call and I will leave the damn thing on now for 1 hour...
Just a nightmare ...
