How to activate monthly plan after recharging

Good evening,
Not sure if this is a right place for the post as all information is in German and the structure of the site is not really user-friendly on the mob decide. Could you help me finding an information how my monthly plan can be activated after the balance recharging? I can see the money were topped on but the plan hasn’t been activated so far as the balance remains the same. I use prepaid Magenta Mobile Ukraine plan. Before asking for a help I tried everything to find a solution on my own: hotline (no Eng-speaking specialist, the call was dropped), surfing in internet, checked all Telekom sms, restarted the phone … no luck. It’s really annoying that I have spent 1.5hour to get an answer to the most FAQ I guess and yet no luck. If anybody knows how to share with my experience with Telekom and give them an idea of how to fix it for all other users, I would be delighted to do that.

Welcome to our community. I'm glad that you find your way to us.
If you recharged your smartphone after the regular date of restart from your current mobile plan, it needs up to 48 hours until the plan starts again. In this case, I can only ask for a little patience.
