I have canceled my two phone lines and my speedbox, but I'm still being charged

I've sent cancellation forms for two of my phone lines and my speed box, yet I am still getting bills months later. I do not live in the country anymore and I provided proof of deregistration. Why am I still receiving bills? please help

    I'm back again and I already have a solution for you.

     

    The contract of your wife has been already cancelled and I also made a credit note due to the date of your de-registration certificate.
