Das Problem konnte gelöst werden: Ich hatte die falsche Länder-Zone gebucht. In Costa Rica braucht man mindestens „Travel Mobil Basic World“ (Ländergruppe 2 und 3). Nach einigen Telefonaten hat sich das geklärt und eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin hat auch Fehler der Vorgänger-Hotline ausgebügelt.
