Invalid SIM Replacement needed

My cell phone stopped working and shows "Invalid SIM". Can I get a replacement SIM?

    How is your current status?
    Did you try this SIM Card in another Smartphone?
    - Otherwise, I'll send a new one.

    But for initiate an exchange I need to legitimate you.
    Could you please fill in the number you're available with?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late response. Yes, I tried the SIM Card in my wife's iPhone and stepson but it still says "Invalid SIM." My phone number is 0160+++++++ and Kundennummer is ++++++. Can you please send a new SIM, if possible email me if you can.
