iPhone 13 Pro - kein "5G eigenständig" nach Buchen der Gaming Option

Ich habe ein iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 18.5) mit einer eSim (Magenta S (6.G)) und habe vor einem Monat die Gaming Option gebucht.

Leider fehlt mir der Schalter " 5G eigenständig" im Sprache & Daten Menü. 

Hat jmd  eine Idee? Mein Handy bucht sich nur in SA+NSA
