Richtig, das ist ein Kontaktformular wo man zielgerichtet in den Kategorien seine Auswahl treffen und sein Anliegen schildern kann.
Richtige Mailadressen hat die Telekom nur noch für bestimmte Dinge, nicht mehr für allgemeine Kundenanliegen.
