Lost my eSIM profile while transferring to a new phone

Hi,
I was transferring data from my old phone to the new one. After my eSIM profile was transferred, the new phone was erased. So my eSIM profile is in neither of the phone now, and I can’t verify through sms on the website. I’m currently abroad, and I didn’t find a number to call Telekom outside Germany. Is there a way to contact or get a new eSIM QR code?

Hello @Teapotboy ,
It usually works like this, but since you don't have access to your SMS and can't verify yourself via SMS TAN, I can only send you a new SIM Card via post.
Feel free to let me know if you want me to send you one to your German address.
If so, I will need to call you and will also need a number that I can call you with. Please add that number to your profile information.
P.S.: The hotline is available via +49171 2522088 when you're abroad. Please note that Wi-Fi Calling needs to be turned off.

Könnt ihr nach Legitimierung dem Kunden nicht eSIM direct anbieten, die EID kann er ja übermitteln.

Rein theoretisch ist das möglich, @buenni.
Aber in diesem Fall können wir die Authentifikationsgrundlage nicht erfüllen und müssen den Versand per Post anstoßen.
Dies ist der denkbar ungünstigste Fall - leider!
