Möchte meine Rufnummer vom Telekom-Vertrag mitnehmen. Vertrag ist gekündigt zum 23.05.2019 Neuer Vertrag ist wieder bei der telekom. Geht das?

Wir hatten einen Partnervertrag bei der telekom.da keiner mehr durchblickte wann welcher Vertrag ausläuft und wen welcher Vertrag ist, haben wir alle gekündigt. Mein neuer Vertrag ist nun wieder bei der telekom und ich möchte meine Rufnummer mitnehmen.

Geht das?

    Das ist nicht möglich.

     

    Du kannst aber z.B. die Kündigung stornieren und den Vertrag ändern.

    Das Mitnehmen der Rufnummer von einem Mobilfunkvertrag bei der Telekom zu einem anderen Mobilfunkvertrag bei der Telekom ist nicht möglich. Sie könnten z. B. die Rufnummer zu einer Prepaidkarte bei einem anderen Anbieter portieren und anscchließend wieder zurück zu Telekom in einen neuen Vertrag. Zu bedenken sind die hierbei anfallenden zweimaligen Portierungsgebühren.

     

    Wenn der Erhalt der Rufnummer so wichtig ist, wäre es eine Alternative, die Kündigung zurückzunehmen und den Vertrag zu verlängern.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
