Hallo,

ich habe den MagentaMobil L mit Premium-Smartphone for Friends 4. Gen und würde gerne auf den neuen Tarif mit 5g wechseln,

allerdings wird mir nur ein Wechsel auf den Magenta Mobil M for Friends angeboten. Also ein downgrade, kann mir jemand erklären warum das so ist? Mit dem Wechsel auf den M würde ich auch monatlich weniger Zahlen, also kann es ja nicht an dem Monatspreis liegen.
