Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe am 09.04.25 MagentaMobil XL Flex for Friends abgeschlossen. Habe gelesen, man darf kostenlos telefonieren und SMS verschicken in EU Ausland (wenn ich mich in Deutschland befinde, kein Roaming).

Warum sehe ich in der MeinMagenta App, dass ich für 14 SMS nach Polen zahlen soll?

Ist es so weil ich for Friends Tarif habe?

Auf eine Antwort von Telekom Kundenbetreuung würde mich sehr freuen.

SMS ins Ausland sind in dem Tarif nicht umsonst, nur die Telefonie.
