Mein Samsung von Telekom fordert plötzlich eine Passworteingaba obwohl die Simkarte entsperrst wurde

Plötzlich will mein S5 6 eine zusätzliche Passworteingabe. Und als Antwort kommt: versuchen sie es in 60 Sekunden, die Zeitspanne wird immer Größer. Habe die zusätzliche Speicherkarte entfernt. Kann Angerufen werden, aber nicht auf meine Daten bzw. Apps zurückgreifen.
