Mobile Telefonie nicht möglich

Hallo,

ich bin im Besitz des "Data Comfort S Young"-Vertrags. Das Problem besteht darin, dass ich telefonisch nicht erreichbar bin und auch niemanden telefonisch erreichen kann. Mobiles Internet funktioniert problemlos. SMS können auch empfangen werden.

Liegt hier ein Vertragliches Problem vor oder ein technisches?

Handy: Samsung Galaxy S7
