mobilnetz nicht verfügbar

hallo leute,

gerade samsung s10 gekauft. card vom s7 in das neue gerät gesteckt. empfang über wlan habe ich aber kein mobilfunk netz .... kann niemanden anrufen. auf den anfangsbildschirm steht kein netz - keine simkarte. kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
