Move eSim from one phone to another

Hi all
I need to move eSim settings from one iPhone to another one.
What is right procedure for that?
I have code that has been used for activation on first iPhone. Is it enough that I scan code with new iPhone.

welcome in our community.
If you like to change the eSIM profil from one iPhone to a new one, you need to get a new eSIM profil.
For this you need to login in your Kundencenter. There the change is handled like a normal SIM change.
You choose your current SIM and start the process "SIM-Karten Tausch" -> "Defekt oder Verloren oder Kartentausch".
By this you order a new profil which you can link to your new iPhone.

Thanks for replay. How long it will take process of SIM card exchange?
Will I get immediately new code or I need to wait that Telkom send code to me by post?

Hello @internet76431.
In your case, that depends on the actual situation.
You can also transfer the eSIM to your new iPhone.
But if you accidentally delete the profile during the process, you will need a new profile, which will be sent by post.
