Multi e-Sim iPhone 12 Pro and Apple Watch

Hello, I'm sorry but I don't speak German so well, so I need to ask in English.
I would like to know if it's possible to have 2 e-Sim: I need one fort the phone and one for the watch. Can't use a "real" sim because I have another number too.
Right now I was able to activate the e-sim for the watch but when I0'm trying to add a new multi sim it looks like it's going to be a physic one. How can I solve it?

What exact contract do you have?
For e.g. Prepaid Cards it is not possible to order a second SIM for the Watch.
For normal contracts it should be possible. You need to activate the eSIM for the iPhone and then order a MultiSIM for the Watch. That should be doable as far as I know.
If you have trouble doing that you can also wait here for an Telekom employee which can set that up for you. Just wait a bit

I have Magenta MobilL. so I guess it's possible. The thing it came in my mind is that maybe for the iPhone sim they have to send me the letter with QR code and that's why they talked about shipment..

You already have an eSIM as MultiSIM for your watch and now you want to make an eSIM out of the physical SIM, which is also in your iPhone, correct?
