MultiSIM Checkout Funktioniert nicht im Shop

Hallo,
Ich habe mir eine Smartwatch zugelegt, und möchte diese nun mit einer eSIM beleben.
Allerdings erscheint kurz vor dem Checkout beim Schritt "Prüfen und Bestellen" ein Fehler (siehe Bild)
