My sim is not working

vor 5 Jahren

I have a prepaid sim card and I'm using it form four years. But last time it is been broken so I got a new one from telecom center. But it suddenly stopped working and just write emergency call. It has not been registered by video called but when I bought it i gave my I'd card etc can anyone help. What should I do.

      A prepaid SIM must be recharged every once in a while - if you don't do that then it will be deactivated.
      In that case you can call the hotline (from a different phone) and ask for reactivation.
