Ich kann auf meinem Handy weder angerufen werden noch online irgendwelche Dinge tun. Wenn ich telefonieren will, erscheint Nicht im Netz registriert. Ich haben einen Vertrag, der am 14.06.20 endet. PLZ 64380 Roßdorf. Kann mir jemand bitte helfen?

      Hallo @ltnghia.95,

      also wenn du deinen Vertrag immer pünktlich bezahlt hast, wird es an den Umbaumaßnahmen an einem Sender liegen. Zwinkernd Diesen können noch bis zum 2.6. andauern. Daher ist noch etwas Geduld gefragt.

      ja Telekom zieht automatisch das geld von meinem Bankkonto ab. Also es gibt Umbau in Roßdorf?
