Nur Notrufe möglich- keine Netzverbindung

Seit gestern habe ich kein Datennetz mehr und bekomme den Hinweis"nur Notrufe möglich" Was muss ich einstellen/umstellen, damit ich auf dem Samsung S III wieder telefonieren  sowie e-mails abrufen und sms senden/empfangen kann ?
