Prepaid BASIC 2G

Hallo,

hoffe ich bin hier richtig.

Habe eine Magenta Mobil Prepaid BASIC SIM-Karte für ein 2G "Seniorenhandy" gekauft.

Nach dem Einlegen der SIM wird sofort ungültige SIM-Karte angezeigt.

Beim Kauf stand dort "für alle Netze" - ist die Karte nun richtig für dieses 2G-Handy, oder gibt es hierfür eine andere Prepaid-SIM?

Oder kann das ein anderes Problem sein? Zur PIN -Eingabe komme ich erst gar nicht.

      Das spricht für ein defektes Handy, eine defekte SIM oder eine falsch eingelegte SIM. Hast Du die Möglichekeit, die SIM in einem anderen Handy oder das neue Handy mit einer anderen SIM-Karte zu testen?

      Im iPhone kommt nur Kein Netz, auch ohne Möglichkeit der PIN -Eingabe.

      Es steht allerdings nicht üngültige SIM hier.

      ok es ist die SIM-Karte...die andere funktioniert auch im 2G-Handy.
