Prepaid-Karte nicht angekommen, obwohl im Status "erfolgreich zugestellt" steht

Guten Tag,

ich habe am Freitag eine Prepaid Karte bestellt und am Samstag stand im Lieferstatus ,,erfolgreich zugestellt“ obwohl nichts angekommen ist. Heute (Montag) sind die Lieferdienste bei mir auch schon durch und es kam nichts an. Eine Email zur Prepaid-Karte kam auch nicht und auch keine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer
