Prepaid SIM auf eSIM umstellen

Hallo liebes Telekomhilft-Team,
irgendwie klappt es bei mir nicht mit der Umstellung auf die eSIM
Könnt ihr euch vielleicht mal der Sache annehmen?

8UNG: nicht die Download Variante wählen, wenn du nur einen Privatkunden vertrag unter der Kundennummer hast.
Alternativ kann ein eSIM Profil im Shop besorgt werden oder per Post bestellt werden.
