Prepaid-Tarifwechsel

Hallo,

habe mir eine Prepaid-Karte MagentaMobil Prepaid S gekauft und würde nun doch gerne in MagentaMobil Prepaid M wechseln. Laut Hilfe soll das im Kundencenter möglich sein. Ausser Guthaben aufladen finde ich dort keine Tarifwechselfunktion.

Übersehe ich etwas?
