Prepaid Top Up Fail

Dear Sir or Madam,

I topped up 30 euros (one-time top up) using the MeinMagenta app, the payment method was VISA, the bank showed a successful debit, but the app internally showed an error (I forget the error code, but it definitely showed an error ) and the balance did not increase.

Could you please help me with this?
