Telekom Prepaid topup problem - (Zahlung Erfolgreich, Lieferung Fehler)

Hello,
I have added 25€ credit to my prepaid card. However, it did not transfer to account even though the money is taken from my bank account.
In the top up history, this is written:
Zahlung: Erfolgreich
Lieferung: Fehler
What should I do?

What is the current standing?
We had a system fault.
But you should have got the amount refunded meanwhile again.
Can you confirm it?
