Not able to see auto topup for my prepaid number, so not able to change or cancel as well

Hi,
I'm using a telekom prepaid number since more than a year, I had set auto topup of 15 euro. But now have requirement to change it to 30 euro but with my telekom customer login I'm not able to see this auto topup on website, due to this problem I'm not able to cancel or change this auto topup. I tried all, login with email & phone number etc, i can see my contact but don't see auto topup against that. Also, tried to contact telephonic support but they also denied to help as they don't have rights to do this change. But yes 15 euro amount is deducting regularly even I don't see this auto topup on website with my login.
I'm really feeling frustrated and helpless so I decided to post here.

Start the MeinMagenta app on your smartphone. Press "Top up credit" either on the display of your MagentaMobil prepaid tariff or in the "More" menu under "Top up prepaid credit".
You have three options for topping up your prepaid credit:
1. Instant charge
2. Recharge code
or
3. Automatic charging
From the rules, select the one that suits you to top up your Telekom prepaid credit. If the rule you have selected occurs, the automatic recharge takes place. The following options are available to you:
Top up on a day of the month that you specify
Top up as soon as your balance is below €5
Top up when your tariff/option is due and the remaining balance on your prepaid card is insufficient
It is also possible to select several charging rules at the same time. If one of the rules occurs, the automatic charge takes place.
You can change the settings and the loading cycle for your Telekom prepaid card at any time.
You will be notified by e-mail after each successful top-up.

I confirm, now I’m able to set new automatic topup for my prepaid subscription. Also same is showing with my customer login so I should be able to delete or modify if needed in future.
