Not able to see plan details on Magenta app

I got logged out of the Magenta app after a long vacation abroad. I tried to log back in but it said it didnt recognise my number and username. I somehow managed to log in by using the forgot password option. I needed to recharge in the same plan which I was previously using before but I am unable to see it on the app and hence I am unable to extend the contract. I did a top up of 15 euros which got used up within 3 days and I am not able to select or see any other plan. Please help.

      no worries, you can also use this link in order to use the "direct top up" option. 😊
