Telekom Prepaid topup problem

Hello,

 

I have added 50€ credit to my prepaid card. However, it did not transfer to account even though the money is taken from my bank account.

 

What should I do? Can you help me on this

      I just sent out the document to the special department, so this gets all cleared up.
