Prepaid Vertrag - nur Benutzerrechte

Hallo, 

ich habe zwei Prepaid Mobilfunknummern.

Mit einer davon muss ich auf eine eSim umsteigen. 

Leider habe ich nur Benutzerrechte und kann dies auch nicht ändern. 

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?
