Prepaid-Vertragsübernahme: Telekom-E-Mail-Postfach voll

Guten Tag,
ich habe gerade 2 mal erfolgreich eine Prepaid-Vertragsübernahme online durchgeführt inklusive erfolgreicher Identifikation.
Leider erhalte ich darauf von der Telekom eine E-Mail mit Fehlermeldung, dass das E-Mail-Postfach der Telekom voll ist und mein Antrag daher nicht zugestellt werden konnte. Kein Witz!
Die Dame an der Hotline konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, weil sie das Problem nicht verstanden hat.

Nein, dieses Forum ist hauptsächlich Kunden helfen Kunden. Die Telekom ist aber mit Mitarbeitern trotzdem zusätzlich noch aktiv wenn zum Beispiel so welche Probleme bestehen

Du bist hier Anonym unterwegs, daher kann sich auch niemand bei dir melden.
Wenn du mit Kunde den @RR2025 (ich weiß nicht in welchem Verhältnis ihr beiden steht) dann kann ggfs machbar sein dass man sich meldet sofern er eine Rückrufnummer im Profil hinterlegt hat
