Problem bei anklopfen und makeln

Hallo, ich habe das Problem dass ich anklopfen und makeln nicht aktivieren kann. Mit *43# geht’s leider auch nicht. Und nun?

      nach x mal probieren hat die Kombination *43# nun doch funktioniert.
