Da du mit dem Problem nicht der einzigsten bist , Frage: Android oder IOS, gab es zum System eine Aktualisierung?
Für Android gab es vor kurzem eine Aktualisierung stand 01.08.2019
Könnte ein Zusammenhang bestehen.

Aktualisiert werden müssen.
