ProtonVPN funktioniert nicht, wenn ich im Telekom Hotspot bin / Auch VPN-Client der Telekom bringt Fehlermeldung

Hallo,

 

ich habe auf meinem  MacBook mit OS 10.15 das Programm ProtonVPN, das auch mit allen WLAN-Verbindungen 1a arbeitet - nur nicht, wenn ich mich mit meinen Zugangsdaten am Telekom Hotspot anmelde. Dann kommt zwar eine Verbindung zustande, aber es werden keine Daten übertragen. Mit allen anderen WLAN-Verbindungen klappt es.

 

Jetzt habe ich nach dieser Anleitung (VPN -mit-Mac- OS -X-10-7-alias-Lion/m-p/962042#M85" target="_blank">https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/HotSpot-WLAN-TO-GO/ VPN -mit-Mac- OS -X-10-7-alias-Lion/m-p/962042#M85) ein VPN auf dem MacBook unter "Netzwerke" eingerichtet. Alles so, wie dort angegeben, auch wenn die Anleitung schon etwas älter ist. Leider klappt es nicht. Ich erhalte die Fehlermeldung: "Der VPN -Server konnte nicht gefunden werden. Überprüfe die Serveradresse und versuche erneut, eine Verbindung herzustellen."

 

Die Anmeldedaten stimmen. Auf dem Smartphone komme ich auch über den Hotspot und VPN ins Internet, da habe ich die Connect App und VPN aktiviert. Funktioniert tadellos. 

 

Woran könnte das liegen?

    herzlichen Dank erstmal für deinen Beitrag und willkommen in der Community. Welcher Router ist hier im Einsatz und wie ist dieser für die Verwendung einer VPN -Verbindung konfiguriert? Es kann sein, dass da irgendetwas nicht passt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
