PUK wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo, mir wird keine PUK im Kundencenter angezeigt. Wenn ich auf Einstellungen gehe wird mir ein Code an meine gesperrte Sim geschickt. Das hilft mir natürlich nicht weiter. Welche Möglichkeit habe ich noch?
