Question

Hello, I will write in English as my German is quite bad.

I need urgent help with my invoice this month. I have been away from Berlin September last year, then I could not go back because Australia's travel ban. I am still in Australia and just installed esim - to access my banking.

I want to ask for an extension of invoice due on 28th September for at least 2 weeks, please.

Is this possible?

I would like to call you regarding this situation. Yes I am aware of the time difference, but this shouldn't be a problem.
