Hello, I will write in English as my German is quite bad.

I need urgent help with my invoice this month. I have been away from Berlin September last year, then I could not go back because Australia's travel ban. I am still in Australia and just installed esim - to access my banking.

I want to ask for an extension of invoice due on 28th September for at least 2 weeks, please.

Is this possible?

      Normally the best is to talk do invoice people directly

       

      Good to know:

      if your phone ist WLAN Call / Wifi Calling enabled then if you connect to a WLAN try this:

      activate flight mode, explicitely activate WLAN and you can call the German hotline as if you were in Germany in the mobile network (means you do not pay high roaming fees, and moreover you can call a German national toll free number)

      The contract will be prepaid until you have the option to go to Germany again
