Roaming funktioniert nicht

Ich bin im Urlaub auf den Kapverden und Roaming funktioniert nicht.

Normalerweise bekommt man schon bei Einwahl ins Netz den Datenpass angeboten, diesmal nicht. Auch über Telekom.pass kann ich nichts kaufen, da angeblich mobile Daten nicht aktiviert sind.

Habe es aktiviert, funktioniert trotzdem nicht.

Bei meinem alten iPhone war es kein Probkem.

Was kann ich tun?
