SIM card stopped working and replacement is missing

Hi,

 

Apologies for asking this in English. I am still learning German. I recently went on holiday for a month and when I came back to Germany, my prepaid sim no longer worked. I thought it was because I used it on a new phone but when I tried it with the old phone, it still didn’t work. My phone can detect the sim but it says that the network is unavailable. I have tried to reset my iphone’s network settings, restart my phone, toggle flight mode, and even did a phone factory reset. Unfortunately, the sim still refused to work. Although I would still like to reactivate this old sim, if possible, I ordered a new prepaid sim from the online shop just in case. When I checked the status, it said that it was successfully delivered. However, I still have not received it. Please help. I urgently need access to my old sim.
