SMS with OTP numbers from India are getting blocked

Specific messages with OTP information not reaching from multiple banks. Can this be checked

Just personal speculation, due to the fact that in Germany the banks meanwhile avoid SMS verification, one reason: the costs for sending SMS.
An SMS sent from India to a SIM that is from an operator in India should arrive, however produce roaming costs for receiving the SMS.
An SMS sent from India to a SIM that is from Deutsche Telekom can only be sent at higher costs, and banks might block such international SMS sending.
Just an example for a Telekom MagentaMobil contract - sending an SMS to an international number that does not belong to the EU costs 29 Cent.
Apart from that - if a message cannot be delivered one needs to look at the start of the communications chain, not at the end. Because at the end one does not have a reference that one can check for.

Do you know which Telekom team should investigate this as I saw on the forum that many such issues have been resolved in the past

I apologize for the late feedback. Two quick ideas: 1) Please swap your smartphone and try to get the SMS. Is it working now? 2) Have you set up a third party lock? If so, please deactivate it once.
Which of the two tips helped?

Hi Carolin - Thanks for your response. I see the problem on the service-provider side. The reason for this is that i do get SMS from the respective banks which are update SMS. What is getting blocked are SMS wghich carry any OTP information or Validation details.
So this filtering in delivery is causing the problems
I read on the forum that this OTP issue from India banks was resolved for another user but could not get the solution provided
