Surface Go.Kein empfang mit Multisim

Hallo
Könnt Ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen?
Nach einlegen der Multisim kam Vorbereitung läuft und danach keinen empfang.Auch wenn Wlan ausgeschaltet ist habe ich keinen Emfang.
Im Schreiben wo die Sim drin war sind auch keine APN daten ersichtlich.Ich gehe davon aus das es dann Plug & Play gedacht war,ist aber bei mir nicht der Fall.
