Guten Tag,

Ich habe den Tarif "MagentaMobil Prepaid 5G -Jahrestarif" gewählt. Daher frage ich mich, warum

- ich immer nur LTE angezeigt bekomme

- ich nach 3 Monaten mit diesem Tarif ein Guthaben von EUR 17,-- angezeigt bekomme, obwohl ich doch einen Jahresvertrag mit einer Telefon-Flatrate gewählt habe.
