Testsiegeraktion Rufnummer nicht berechtigt

Hallo,

ich bin seit Juni 2016 Mobilfunkkunde auch mit Vertrag KEIN Prepaid.

Trotzdem wird mit bei der Rufnummerneingabe gesagt ich sei nicht berechtigt. Warum?
