Hallo,

ich möchte gerne für meine beiden Kinder ihre jeweilige Telekom Prepaid Karte (Tarif M) in Family Cards Kids und Teens umwandeln und die Rufnummern behalten. Wie ich erfahren habe, kann so etwas nur von einem speziellen Kundendienst-Team durchgeführt werden. Ich würde über eine Kontaktaufnahme freuen.
