Der uns unbekannte Tarif in einem Laufzeit-Mobilfunkvertrag wird ohne kundenseitige oder telekomseitige Kündigung automatisch um 12 Monate verlängert - evtl. noch bestehende Neukundenkonditionen entfallen.
Ist der Vertrag "mit Smartphone" / "mit Top-Smartphone" dann erhältst Du aber kein neues Smartphone - dazu musst Du den Vertrag aktiv auf eine neue Laufzeit von 24 Monaten verlängern.
